InnerWireless Funds New Business Unit

InnerWireless Inc., a wireless network technology vendor serving the
health care industry, has secured $15 million from current and new
investors. Centennial Ventures Inc., Denver, made an initial investment
in the Richardson, Texas-based company during this latest financing
round. InnerWireless will use the capital to expedite the creation
of a health care business unit in which it will offer its Medical-Grade
Wireless Utility technology and services. The vendor's system is designed
to help health care organizations manage wireless coverage of voice
and data applications over a single infrastructure. The vendor's newly
formed health care business unit includes marketing, development and
sales staff. It also will help health care organizations plan and
deploy wireless networks.
