BUSINESS WIRE July 28, 2005 The Alien® ALR-9800 Enterprise RFID Reader, a new high-performance multi-protocol reader, was designed from the ground up for EPC Class I Gen 2 compatibility and cost-effective enterprise deployment. Delivering exceptional RFID read capability, the ALR-9800 enables enterprise-wide scaling of RFID by reducing the costs of implementation, simplifying on-going reader management and integration with enterprise networks, and permitting large numbers of readers to operate harmoniously in close proximity.
