Memory Pharmaceuticals Corp. Announces Pricing
of Initial Public Offering

Memory Pharmaceuticals Corp. (Nasdaq: MEMY) announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 5,000,000 shares at $7.00 per share. All of the shares are being offered by Memory Pharmaceuticals. The shares will trade on the Nasdaq National Market under the symbol "MEMY".

UBS Investment Bank is acting as the sole book-runner. SG Cowen Securities Corporation is acting as co-lead manager, and Banc of America Securities LLC and Fortis Securities LLC are acting as co-managers. Memory Pharmaceuticals has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares of its common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.
