Inotek Pharmaceuticals Appoints Jeffrey Walsh as Vice President of Corporate Development and Commercial Planning

Inotek Pharmaceuticals Corporation announced today that it has appointed
Jeffrey Walsh as Vice President of Corporate Development and Commercial
Planning. In his new role, Mr. Walsh will be broadly responsible for
building out the commercial aspects of Inotek, specifically in the
areas of strategic product planning, business development, and corporate
marketing.
Mr. Walsh has worked in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry
for more than 15 years, holding various senior-level positions in
worldwide business development, strategic marketing, and corporate
finance for SmithKline Beecham (now GlaxoSmithKline), PathoGenesis
Corporation (now Chiron Corporation) and EXACT Sciences Corporation.
Mr. Walsh has extensive deal experience in various types of strategic
partnerships, licensing agreements, and mergers and acquisitions transactions.
Mr. Walsh holds a B.A. degree from Yale University and a Masters degree
from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

experience in both commercial product planning as well as big pharma
and biotech business development will be critical to leading this
planning process and to identifying and executing the strategic partnerships
that will drive our long term success."
