SAN FRANCISCO, CA November 6, 2003 VentureWire Staff Reporters Avolent, a provider of financial relationship management software, said it named Tanya Johnson as vice president of engineering and services. Ms. Johnson comes to Avolent from Actional, where she served as senior vice president of engineering and services. Previously, she worked as senior vice president of engineering at Clarify, senior director for communications products in the groupware division of Oracle, and general manager at Wang Laboratories. San Francisco-based Avolent, founded in 1995 as Just In Time Solutions, has raised at least $115 million from Advanced Technology Ventures, Columbia Capital, Constellation Ventures, Intuit, Norwest Venture Capital, Rho Ventures, and Wells Fargo. |
