Joshua co-founded Rho. Previously he was an investment banker at Salomon Brothers in New York. He received an MBA from the Harvard Business School. His current and former board seats include: 3-D Pharmaceuticals, Enerkem, GenVec, Diversa, Human Genome Sciences, Sionex, Yantra, Celunol, Inotek and WiNetworks.

Joshua is a Managing Partner of Rho Capital Partners and Rho Ventures and serves on the investment committee of Rho Fund Investors.
