Prior to joining Rho, George was with Capital Z Partners where he focused on evaluating and monitoring sponsorship investments in private equity funds. Previously, George spent two years as an Analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston in their private equity fund of funds group.

George received a BS degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University.
